COPIC hired Ted Tzeng to be its new chief information officer (CIO). A strategic technology executive with demonstrated success transforming business through product development, IT automation and data-driven solutions, Tzeng previously led high performing teams to build innovative customer experiences, according to COPIC. He holds a bachelor of science degree, business and economics from Lehigh University and is PMP certified.
